Horizon Europe Projects

Even the greatest ideas risk remaining unrealised without a strategic orientation and financial means.

The Digital for Planet team of EU funding experts has a long history of working with researchers, industry players and policy makers in the ICT sector and beyond. Together, we can help you define winning strategies and access funding opportunities to make digital innovation sustainable.

URBAN Flow logo
Urban-Flow is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action that aims to transform urban spaces into sustainable, climate-neutral environments. It will address challenges like limited public space and inefficient mobility through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions. Testing in Florence, Tampere, and Valencia, the project focuses on dynamic space management and transport optimisation. It will also involve Brussels, Edinburgh, and Pilsen to ensure scalable solutions. The goal is to boost urban accessibility and reduce emissions.
Blossom logo

The BLOSSOM project will enable public authorities, private sector stakeholders, and financial actors to co-develop and implement bankable climate adaptation and mitigation solutions. By fostering collaboration across sectors, BLOSSOM aims to overcome systemic barriers and accelerate the uptake of transformative measures that support Europe’s climate resilience and sustainability goals.

SHIELD logo

The SHIELD project will empower researchers, clinicians, patient advocates, and industry partners across Europe to collaboratively advance non-invasive early detection of pancreatic cancer. By developing a blood-based screening tool for individuals with a high genetic risk, SHIELD aims to improve early diagnosis, enhance patient outcomes, and support healthcare systems in meeting the urgent challenge of this aggressive disease.

CERTAIN logo

The CERTAIN project (Certification for Ethical and Regulatory Transparency in Artificial Intelligence) will empower stakeholders in the AI and data value chain—data holders, dataspaces, AI system providers, and deployers—to achieve compliance with European regulations efficiently and affordably.

O-CEI logo
O-CEI aims to create an open CEI platform with a strong focus on interoperability, security, and reliability, making it easier for different sectors to collaborate and share data in real-time.
Amaltea logo
AMALTEA is poised to make significant strides toward improving the sustainability and digitalization of the construction industry, particularly within the curtain wall façade value chain. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, the project supports the European Green Deal’s objectives and aims to enable net-zero energy consumption in new buildings by 2030, in line with EU energy-related standards.
COP PILOT logo
As an Innovation Action funded under the EU HORIZON program, COP-PILOT aims to develop a Collaborative Open Platform (COP) piloting framework that enables end-to-end orchestration across service domains. The platform looks to integrate novel AI-driven tools, SLA-preserving automation, and secure infrastructure while piloting diverse real-world applications across sectors like energy, smart cities, agriculture, and manufacturing to drive cross-sector collaboration, innovation, and societal impact.
INTACT logo
Project INTACT aims to develop an Integrated Software Toolbox designed to enhance predictive cybersecurity sensing, optimization, and management across the distributed IoT-to-Cloud continuum. This innovative platform seeks to continuously maximize infrastructure security and data privacy while minimizing impacts on computing capacity, energy consumption, and costs essential for business operations.
CASTOR logo

CASTOR is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action focused on developing breakthrough technologies to enable trustworthy communications throughout the compute continuum.
The evolution from cloud-centric services to edge and far-edge computing has been driven by the need to support emerging user demands for lower latency, improved performance, and better adaptability. This shift created a compute continuum and challenges in ensuring end-to-end security, as the workloads traverse untrusted and continuously changing hardware and software infrastructures.

Enforce logo

The ENFORCE project is a Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action  that seeks to bridge the gap between citizen-generated environmental data and the stringent requirements of authorities for enforcement. By introducing innovative toolkits, protocols, and the concept of Data Readiness Level, the project ensures that citizen-collected data is actionable for legal compliance. With the integration of geo-spatial intelligence and AI-enhanced tools, ENFORCE strengthens the reliability of environmental data, fostering trust and alignment with the Green Deal Data Space for effective data exchange across diverse stakeholders.

INPACE logo

INPACE is a Horizon Europe Coordination and Support Action Project dedicated to create a sustainable and interactive multi-stakeholder Indo-Pacific European Hub for collaboration in digital technologies. Its core mission is to support the implementation of the Digital Partnerships with Japan, the Republic of Korea, and Singapore, as well as the cooperation with India in the context of the Trade and Technology Council. The INPACE Hub aims to establish a long-term expert-driven mechanism for EU-Indo-Pacific collaboration focusing on digital technologies.

COROB logo

COROB (Cooperative Robotics Powered by AI and Data for flexible production cells) is a Horizion Europe research and Innovation action aimed at developing a flexible, cooperative, and intelligent multi-robotic solution powered by Inspection, Monitoring, Control and AI techniques that will increase the efficiency and improve the flexibility of industrial processes.

6G4SOCIETY logo

6G4SOCIETY is a Horizon Europe Coordination and Support Action that aims to take a comprehensive and multidisciplinary view of future technology development.
By bridging the gap between the general public, non-experts, industries, and small businesses in the smart and network services sector, the aim is to raise awareness, encourage inclusivity, promote sustainability, and establish trustworthiness.

SPIRIT logo

SPIRIT is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action that aims to realise Europe’s first multi-site and interconnected framework to support the operation of heterogeneous collaborative telepresence applications at large scale through relevant technology innovations.
The ambition is to bring real-time immersive experiences to practice by developing, combining and integrating a set of advanced technologies at application and network levels to ensure secure, inclusive and context-aware access to a number of services.

6GNTN logo
6G-NTN is a Horizon Europen Research and Innovation Action that aims to research and develop the innovative technical, regulatory, and standardization enablers needed to ensure the full-fledged integration of the NTN component into the 6G system.
